  • Inside Kuwait: 2–4 working days.
  • Other GCC: 3–7 working days.
  • Free shipping on orders above 80 KWD.
  • Standard rates apply below 80 KWD; calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, on unworn pieces with original tags attached.

  • Inside Kuwait: free return shipping.
  • Other GCC: customer covers return shipping.
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt.

Exchanges

For a different size in the same piece, message the studio. We'll hold the size and process the swap once the original arrives back.
